Where a letting period spans 2 pricing bands, then each day's rate will be calculated on the basis of the pricing band it falls in, and then added up.

Special extended stay discounts available for stay over one week.

A maximum of six adults - two per bedroom, can be accommodated in The Hobbit. Young children can be accommodated at no extra charge, provided that they share the bed with the parents. Please note that all bedrooms have double beds (not twins). We will not permit more than 2 adults + 1 child per bedroom. Children over 12 will be considered as adults in terms of accommodation.

Rates include 1 Airport Transfer to and fro for up to 6 persons. In-house housekeeping & laundry services. Tea/coffee/milk/sugar. Household utilities such as detergents, soap, etc. Use of in-house internet broadband.

Rates do not include other transportation, food & beverages & laundry done externally.

|
Luxury tax of 8 to 10% (depending on the seasonal rate) is extra

20% non-refundable advance along with your confirmed reservations. Balance to be paid on Check-In. In certain cases (for e.g. peak season or longer bookings), we may require any additional deposit of 10% to be paid by cash, credit card or bank transfer.

In the event of premature departure full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.

Note: On Wednesday, road access to the South Anjuna Beach is through the Anjuna Flea Market. In peak tourist season, this may entail some traffic delay, especially if travelling by car. However, boats also ply to and from South Anjuna beach on Wednesdays, providing alternate means of transport. |
